Orders will be processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Any order placed on a weekday after 5pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed in 24-48 hours. If an order is placed after 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time Friday it will not be processed until Monday morning.

International Credit Card Verification
For customers using an international credit card: we may require that you fax or email a copy of your passport, driver’s license, or other photo ID, AND the front and back of your credit card (please black out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) to be sure to include your order number on all documents. After we receive these items we will be able to process your order. This is a one-time process to verify customers, however if your method of payment changes we may need to verify the new information. reserves the right to approve and ship orders without receipt of the aforementioned documentation.

Address Verification / Alternate Shipping Address:
We are committed to preventing credit card and identity fraud to the best of our ability. We use strict address verification procedures as a precautionary measure to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver’s license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.

We verify both your billing and shipping addresses before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, we recommend that you contact your card issuing bank and add your shipping address as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity.

If we detect a mismatched billing and shipping address, we may require some additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but may increase the chance that we sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.

Orders placed with the same billing and shipping address, or an alternate shipping address documented and verified by the card issuer will ship quickest, and most efficiently. Your order will be shipped quickly and efficiently, provided you agree that:
